This position is the central role in ensuring the highest levels of reliability and availability of our Locomotive fleet. You will be the locomotive subject matter expert and will ensure that we are maximising our opportunities through the contracted terms with our locomotive maintenance service partner. You will be both the main liaison point for our maintenance partners and the Contract Manager for these high value service agreements.Key responsibilities will include:
About YouIdeally, your key experience has been in managing an outsourced fleet maintenance contract. You will have delivered measurable improvements in fleet reliability and availability, while maintaining strong business relationships with service partners. You should have wide experience in contract management and will show a history of maximising contract compliance and delivering mutually beneficial outcomes.
